Packaging and Gifts
Signature Packaging
On the exception of sale items all our orders are elegantly packaged inside our beautiful white and lime ribbon handled bags or chic ribboned boxes.  Sale items will be delivered in Blush and Bloom’s simple white carrier bags. You do not need to select signature packaging at checkout as this is our standard packaging and is free of charge.




Basic Packaging
If you prefer a minimal approach to packaging, then you might like to opt for our basic packaging.  Simple white bags with subtle branding.  Better for the environment and a little more discreet too.  All sale items and exchanges will be delivered in Blush and Bloom’s basic packaging.  




Gift wrapping
On the delivery and packaging page at checkout you can request our free service to have your order gift wrapped by indicating in the comments box. Gift wrapped orders will be beautifully wrapped with ribbons and cards and placed inside our signature carrier bags for delivery.  When you select your order to be gift wrapped all your products in the order will be wrapped unless clearly specified in the comments box.  Please note that all gift baskets come standard gift wrapped.



Including a gift message card with your gift
If you would like us to include a blank gift message card with your gift wrapping please specify in the comments box on the delivery and packaging page as you checkout. If you are sending your order directly to the recipient and would like us to handwrite your card message, please insure you also include your card message in the comments box.



Gift delivery 
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. We can ship your order either to you, or directly to the gift recipient at their home, work or maternity ward. If you are sending your order directly to your gift recipient you will need to ensure you have specified their correct address and phone number at checkout.




Keeping gift costs undisclosed
If you are sending your order directly to a gift recipient in the UAE, please let us know in the comments box and we will be sure not to include a print out of the invoice revealing the value of your order.  To keep the order value undisclosed but still ensure the gift recipient can easily exchange their gift if required, a gift receipt with just the order number and date will be included with the delivery.  If you are sending your order to a gift recipient outside of the UAE Blush and Bloom is required by law to provide a full shipping invoice for customs clearance, and therefore cannot keep the gift costs undisclosed.



Gifts sent to maternity wards
If you are sending your gift directly to a maternity ward (UAE customers only), you must provide the name of the hospital and the maternity ward and the gift recipient’s full name and a contact mobile number (as the courier company will call on approach).  Our courier company will deliver the gift to the maternity ward reception but will only deliver the gift provided they have confirmation over the phone that the gift recipient is in the hospital to receive the gift. Please contact info@blushandbloom.com for more assistance.
