We suggest measuring for your Wink Belly Wraps post-delivery. However should you prefer to have your garments on hand the day you give birth we offer the following measuring suggestions: If you are currently in your first trimester of pregnancy, add a 1-2" to each measurement from the Wink Size Chart to accommodate for pregnancy weight gain. If you are in your second or third trimester of pregnancy, measure your hips and thighs and see where you fall on the size chart. Your belly measurement will be off due to being pregnant so the most accurate measurements for post-pregnancy belly band success is by measuring your hips and thighs.
